During this unprecedented time of the coronavirus pandemic people all over the world are searching for ways to help release tension, relieve stress and create some balance in their lives.
Mindfulness is a simple technique of breath and "...paying attention to the world in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally*" to help restore balance.
*"Wherever You Go, There You Are" Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of mindfulness movement (MBSR)

Book Review: |
|
I just finished reading your latest book for the second time and I want to tell you how much I LOVED it.
"I read the whole book in one sitting and then chose to read a few select pages every single morning. It has been a great way to start my day..."
My personal favorite is the chapter about "Park," simply because I love the outdoors and did not realize that I have been practicing mindfulness when I go on my walks, until I read that chapter!
Lastly, thank you so much for writing this book and sharing your thoughts.
