Hire Right and Hire Once is valuable resource for anyone charged with the responsibility to hire and manage people within an organization. Organizations are complex systems that can confound even the brightest business owners and managers. Yet, as owners/managers, we must remember that organizations are composed of people. We need to step back a bit and look more deeply into the individuals to better understand our organizations.
People bring to organizations their own distinct set of belief and values, intelligence and personalities. But it is difficult to assess any of these elements in other people during the interview process.
Hire Right and Hire Once offers an explanation of psychological assessment in language that dosen't require an advanced degree in organizational development or psychology. Hire Right and Hire Once cust through the clutter, jargon, and nonsense to provide a clear picture of people assessment.
