Apostle Rev. Dr. Phillip Samlalsingh is the founder and president of Trinidad & Tobago Christian Outreach Center (International), and the senior pastor of MIRACLE CHURCH situated in south Trinidad.
Apostle Samlalsingh is called and anointed of God to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world. His ministry has taken him to the United States of America, Canada, Colombia, Europe and India. He is married to his ever-supportive wife Susan, for over thirty-nine years.
Apostle Samlalsingh has an incredible passion to see people experience a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. His anointing has been used in amazing ways to bring encouragement, healing and deliverance to individuals, leaders, and church bodies.
