Selling cars is, virtually, one of the few business activities that have not experienced any major revolution since inception. If we picture a retail car lot in the fifties and compare it with one of thousands spread across the world today, we will not perceive any major differences. But something new is happening: Honest law-abiding citizens, responsible family people are buying cars over the Internet without looking or test-driving them!
For a dealer to establish itself as a profitable player in this new marketplace it takes more than to possess a dealer’s license and show a few shiny cars on an open lot. It takes rethinking all buying and selling paradigms. It takes changing the way that business is traditionally done.
In this book, teaches dealers the rules of this new business. They can learn how to set goals, define strategies and operate profitably while winning credibility.
