About this Book: |
|
For more than thirty years the poet Patrizia de Rachewiltz has carried on a correspondence with Craig and Lynda Smith. Many of the small poems with which she frequently embellishes her letters are here gathered for the first time. They arrive like sudden shafts of light, with an uncanny ability in a very few words to break through any distance, pain, or heartache that life can throw in the way. These are little illuminations that flow in celebration of friendship.
