"Chad M. Horn is one of Kentucky's mowt important new poetic voices. His new book, ECLIPSE OF CROWS, is brilliant. In 2000, while helping [roduce the New York City Underground Music & Poetry Festival, I saw a billboard in New York that read: 'It takes a Kentuckian to make the perfect Manhattan.' It takes Chad Horn's poetry to make the perfect Kentucky." Ron Whitehead, Spring 2004, Kentucky
